This is a process of emerging awareness: learning to let go of habits and conditioned responses creates an internal shift that allows clarity. From this vantage, ideas bubble up, creativity is unleashed. This helps in re-defining passions, goals, achievable change. Strategic questioning establishes where the disconnect or difficulties exist. With this realistic understanding, we partner to develop achievable goals with regular coaching sessions for support and follow up.
Career Transition/Outplacement: Patricia offers experiential coaching and training services to individuals who are in career transition. Patricia partners with each individual to coach them through Behavioral Assessment, resume development and workshop training. Learning to create a modern/savvy resume that markets accomplishments, skills and abilities is foundational to the outplacement process.
Career transition is a period of focused re-orientation, where participants gather the tools to enable them to navigate the path to re-employment. At each step, individuals gain personal insight and new skills that carry them forward through networking and interviewing, toward a successful job offer. Unique to Patricia’s program is the addition of stress reduction training to assist with the realities of today’s job market.
