Patricia Bright is a coach and trainer. From a broad perspective her career has been about facilitating healthy change for people who are in the middle of transition.
As a Career Coach, she assists individual clients to make choices, determine skills and abilities to establish personal branding. Central to her work is Mindful Coaching, an experiential process of change, using tools that help to reduce stress, while increasing self-awareness and social awareness.
She is a Consultant to JPMorgan Chase, working in Career Services.
Patricia is the author of a workbook, Breathing Through Career Transition. It weaves the practical work necessary for writing a resume, enhancing networking and interviewing skills along with a Mindful approach to the whole process. She is experienced working with groups, organizations and individuals.
She previously held Human Resources Recruiting and Relocation Manager positions for Fortune 500 companies in Chicago. Nationally certified in her field, she served on the executive board of its professional association
Patricia directed Mindfulness Meditation of Columbus for nine years, managing retreats and serving as weekly guide. She was an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the American Institute of Alternative Medicine, and an original staff member at OSU’s Center for Integrative Medicine.
A graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, Patricia is certified to teach Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program, as well as a 7 level form of Qigong. She is a certified Shiatsu Practitioner (retired) and maintains a small Cranial Sacral practice.
Her current interest is her 9 month old grandbaby! 
She is also interested in the field of Emotional Intelligence, Carl Jung and brain research. She enjoys a creative life swimming, gardening, traveling to distant lands, yoga, dogs, and having a great time with all of it!
